Luxury Boutique Resort in Marbella, Spain

Boutique hotel with 24 rooms, 19 bungalows, private villa, restaurant and a large garden with bars and pool area.

Hotel complex in the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile, now owned by the property developer Quartiers Properties. It was built in the 1960s by the Centro Forestal Sueco for the enjoyment of vacations on the Costa del Sol by its workers (Swedish Forest Agency).

The damage of the facilities was significant after 50 years, but from the beginning it has been committed to the conservation and recovery of the original architecture and its spaces, respecting the morphology of the construction in order to preserve the identity of the place.

We project an interior design rich in textures and materials. We create spaces with personality and with their own language, both in the most private interior spaces and in the gardens or in the different areas of the restaurant and terraces. The design is between the elegance of the Swedish style, the Mediterranean freshness, and the most bohemian eccentricity.
