Home Staging in Donostia, 84m2

It is a residential project in which we prepare a newly built house located in the centre of the city, so that the owners could put it on the real estate market. All the materials and the chosen colour range revolve around earth tones, white, black and deep green tones.

We integrate the living room with the dining room, in such a way that both spaces have access to the terrace of the house. Each space is delimited on its horizontal plane by a natural fibre rug. The lighting also works individually for each space, and in turn, the whole set works to have general lighting without delimiting the areas of specific use.

We designed the kitchen with resistant materials so that it is capable of withstanding any use and we incorporated a side table in the same kitchen space, as support for quick breakfasts from day to day.

We design custom storage for multifunction use, rescuing the most forgotten corridors and spaces, in such a way that all spaces are used for storage use that is always welcome.

We don’t leave out any details; mirrors, bedside tables, lamps, hangers and shelves… We incorporate and design everything necessary to make this home comfortable, practical and have a homogeneous aesthetic in all its spaces.
